It all started in 1920 when Lieutenant John MacCready returned from a balloon flight, complaining that the sun had permanently damaged his sight. He asked Bausch & Lomb to develop a couple of sunglasses online that would not only offer the necessary protection, but also look excellent. A few decades later, in 1937, Bausch & Lomb produced the "Anti-Glare", consisting of a light and portable steel structure and mineral cup connections colored natural, which filters uv gold plated.
